From an early age, Adam Jude was drawn to complex systems—the kinds of problems that resist simple answers and reward persistence, experimentation, and unconventional thinking.

At fifteen, he discovered financial markets. What began as curiosity quickly became something deeper: an enduring fascination with the forces that move markets, the behavior that emerges from them, and the possibility that beneath apparent randomness, structure can be found.

He began studying markets independently, spending long hours reading, researching, observing, and testing ideas. There was no prescribed curriculum and no established playbook to follow. The process was largely one of asking questions, forming hypotheses, testing them, finding where they failed, and starting again.

As his interest in markets grew, Adam stepped away from competitive downhill mountain bike racing and began directing his attention toward finance. Capital accumulated through years of racing, sponsorships, and equipment sales provided an opportunity to begin putting ideas into practice. What followed was an increasingly intensive cycle of research and experimentation.

Over time, Adam developed an approach centered on independent research, systematic experimentation, and a willingness to challenge assumptions that are often accepted without examination. Ideas were treated as hypotheses rather than conclusions. Strategies were continuously tested, questioned, refined, and rebuilt.

The process was demanding by design. Thousands of hours of study and experimentation gradually became a framework for thinking about markets—not as collections of isolated securities, but as complex, interconnected systems shaped by incentives, information, behavior, and time.

With no institutional playbook to inherit, Adam was forced to develop his own.
